Shipping Information
Free shipping on orders over $25 within the USA via USPS.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of USA federal holidays.
International orders to Australia are charged international shipping rates that may change from time to time. If you are an international customer from a country other than Australia, please email info@humesupernatural.com to inquire about when we will hit your shores!
Returns / Refunds / Exchanges
We want everyone to love Hume Supernatural, but we understand that everyone’s taste is a little bit different. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Hume Supernatural purchase, please email info@humesupernatural.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email, and a detailed description in the email body. A customer service representative will be in touch with a solution. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return was a result of our error. We recommend using a traceable shipping method so you can retain the tracking number for your records. No COD deliveries will be accepted.
